After leaving the refreshment station in Undeloh we have to cross the Wilseder Street straightforward; we pass the Heath adventure museum on the left and then we habe to follw another part of the Heidschnuckenweg. For the next 2 km we have a bit more sandy soil. But you can enjoy the wonderful landscape.  By leaving this passage we have to turn right and to cross the Radenbach-Auen, a landscape with meadows. Afterwards w etake the Prof.-Hermann-Moelzig-walkway to the left along the forest towards the next picturesque village 'Döhle'. We cross through Döhle straight ahead following the signboards, passing the central parking area on the right and the restaurant on the left. The vilalge road is connecting with the district road K36 and we turn left and take the walkway on the right. At the village exit of Döhle we will run on the bikeway to the left. After another 1,8km we reach the village 'Egestorf' on the bikeway. A few metres behind the railroad tracks we cross the mainstreet rightwards. Assistants watch out for traffic. 200m later we reach the finish of stage 7 Egestorf.
