Relay-Team

 

The relay-teams must have a minimum of 5 runners and 10 runners at most. Every team has to distribute the 10 stages autonomous among themselves.

• 10 stages between 6,9 km und 13,6 km
• one team member is allowed to run several stages
• the relay race is accessible for leisure teams, runners clubs, companies and school teams
• 2024 we have again: German championship of corporate sports 100km relay-race
• minimum age: 12 years
• start: 8 am
• time limit: 10 pm

Valuations:

• open / mixed teams
• companies / German championship corporate sports 100km relay-race
• schools

 

Ultra-Marathon single race

 

• start: 7 am
• special food at the refreshment stations 
• minimum age: 20 years
• time limit: 10 pm

 

Ultra-Marathon 2-part-relay-race

 

• Ultra (-FAM) run for Marathon runners who want to improve the performance
• respective track lengths: 52,7 km and 47,3 km
• start: 7 am
• special food at the refreshment stations
• minimum age: 20 years
• time limit: 10 pm

 

Timekeeping

 

• transponder-Chip with Velcro tape
• timekeeping also in all transition zones / refreshment stations

Non-cancellable. There is no refund in case of no-show or entry cancellation.

 

Until 1st of May 2024 youi can buy the official running shirt "Lüneburger-Heide-Staffellauf und Ultra-Marathon 2014". That costs 20,00 €.

Shuttle-Service

 

All runners can take the free shuttle-buses from Lüneburg to reach the individual stage starting point / transition zone. The buses will also take all finisher back to Lüneburg.

The shuttle-buses are waiting in the near of the event tent. You can see details under Information / shuttle-bus.

Video recording

 

We will take videos and fotos of all single and team finisher at the 100km finish line. All videos are available online through results 2024.
